This option is for those that are keeping to a small budget, but still want a private space to make thier child's day special.

A simple and fun farm birthday experience that includes:

• 1 hour with the animals

• 1 hour in the back barn for your celebration

• 4 long tables & 2 small tables

• 1 treat cup for the birthday child

• 1 birthday sticker

Party Animal Upgrade (Most Popular)

This option is popular for all the extras and simplicity built into this upgrade.  Don't worry about how many treat cups to order ahead of time, we will provide one for each child!  You may also order more for the adults if you want them to join in the animal feeding fun too!

Lil' Buckaroo's Biggest Bash (Best Value)

This option is the easiest and most memorable way to celebrate at the farm. With one flat rate, you'll know the total cost upfront, and we take care of table setup for you. Every guest receives a treat cup, and you'll enjoy an exclusive animal encounter not offered on regular tours. It's a more unique experience for your guests and less work for you as the host.

Steps to Book:

1. Chose event package and any upgrades you would like to add

2. Chose a date and time

3. Submit Request and await manager approval

4. Pay Non-Refundable Reservation Fee $200

After Approval

After your time, date, and selctions are approved, we will send a payment request for the reservation fee.  This fee is non-refundable and will make your private event booking official.  This payment will be due within 3 days, or the booking will be automatically canceled, and the time slot will be reopened for the public.

Birthday FAQs!

• Are there any restrictions on food?

  • Most food is perfectly fine. You can even bring crock pots and coolers! We do not allow open flame style heaters for safety reasons though.

• Are there any restrictions on decorations?

  • We ask that you do not bring balloons inside the barn unless they are foil balloons.

• When do you need to receive payment for the guests attending the party?

  • Guests can be paid for at the time of reservation, the day of the party, or anytime in between.

• Do guests need to do anything prior to arriving at the barn?

  • Yes, guests will need to fill out our Release of Liability Form prior to entering the barn.

  • When your booking is finalized, you will be sent a link for you and your guests to fill out the waiver form

• What if there is cold weather on the day of the party?

  • For every birthday party, we heat the barn prior to your party’s arrival so that it is a reasonable temperature. We still recommend that everyone dresses in weather appropriate clothing.

• How early can I arrive to decorate the party space?

  • You can arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the tour portion to bring any food or personal decorations.

  • In most cases, this would be at 10:30am or 12:30pm

• How do I reserve the party space?

  • Click “Book Now” in our menu, and then send us a request. Our events coordinator will get back to you within three days to approve your booking if we have availability and all the information we need. Once it is approved, you must pay the reservation fee within 2 days.
