Birthday FAQs!

• What is the difference between a private and a semi-private birthday?

• A private birthday means that for the full 2 hours you and your guests will have the whole barn to yourselves. Private birthdays are $200 which does not include guest admission (this does include 20 treat cups for you and your guests).

• A semi-private birthday means that for 1 hour you will have the whole barn to yourselves and the second hour will be open to the public (this second hour is typically spent in the birthday party area). Semi-private birthdays are $100 which does not include guest admission (this does include 10 treat cups for you and your guests).

• What is the price of guest admission?

  • The cost of admission is $20.00 per adult, $12 per child ages 1-3, $16 per child ages 4-17, and children under the age of 1 get free admission.

• How many guests can I have if it is a semi-private birthday party?

• You can have a max of 20 guests for a semi-private birthday party.

• How many guests can I have if it is a private birthday party?

• We require a minimum of 20 guests and allow a max of 40 guests for a private birthday party.

• Are there any restrictions on decorations?

• We ask that you do not bring balloons inside the barn unless they are foil balloons.

• When do I need to provide the birthday party guest list to the Lil’ Buckaroo’s staff?

• We ask that you provide the list of guests attending the party at least 1 week in advance.

• When do you need to receive payment for the guests attending the party?

• Guests can be paid for at the time of reservation, the day of the party, or anytime in between.

• Do guests need to do anything prior to arriving at the barn?

• Yes, guests will need to fill out our Release of Liability Form prior to entering the barn.

• What if there is cold weather on the day of the party?

• For every birthday party, we heat the barn prior to your party’s arrival so that it is a reasonable temperature. We still recommend that everyone dresses in weather appropriate clothing.

• How early can I arrive to decorate the party space?

• You can arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your party to decorate.

• How do I reserve the party space?

• You can either email us or give us a call to find out about birthday party availability and to reserve the space. We do require the initial nonrefundable payment to reserve your spot.
